Oopscool is an established designer brand known for bold, original prints — from knitwear and outerwear to ski collections and home décor. With a physical retail presence, multi-language storefront this is a brand operating at scale. The stakes of a platform migration were real.
The Brief
Move the entire operation from a legacy ecommerce infrastructure to Shopify — without losing a single customer, a single ranking, or a single day of sales. The brand had years of customer data, active logistics and ERP integrations, and a physical store requiring omnichannel functionality. This wasn't a redesign. It was a transplant.
What We Built
Full platform migration over 4–6 weeks. Complete customer data transfer. Logistics and ERP system integration rebuilt on Shopify. Storefront redesigned from scratch in Oopscool's visual language — bold, pattern-forward, editorially confident. Physical store touchpoints connected through omnichannel features. URL structure preserved, redirects mapped, SEO continuity maintained throughout.
The Result
Zero traffic lost during migration. Site performance improved. Conversion rate increased. The brand now operates on a faster, cleaner infrastructure — with the same bold identity, better mechanics, and room to scale. Oopscool continues to sell across its own flagship and selected retailers.
